Dan’ ch’aa-may-yvlh-srii-dvn (North Doctor Place) is a satellite clinic to the Siletz Community Health Clinic created to improve access to care for our tribal members. Located closer to where many community members live and work, the clinic offers essential services including Primary Care Medical, Dental, A&D, MAT, and Lab services.
Dan’ch’aa-may-yvlh-srii-dvn opened in Lincoln City, OR, in September 2025.

If you are interested in becoming a patient, please fill out a New Patient Registration packet, found on our Forms & Policies page. If you are already a patient at the Siletz Community Health Clinic, you do not have to re-register to receive services at Dan’ ch’aa-may-yvlh-srii-dvn. Patients of both our Siletz and Lincoln City clinic locations will need to fill out an Annual Update Form to keep their registrations current.
