The Siletz Tribal Behavioral Health Program is proud to announce the construction of a new Men’s Transitional Living Home on Tribal land near the junction of Judd Street and Old River Road. Construction is scheduled to begin in August 2025, with completion anticipated by late fall 2026.
This new facility will replace the former transitional living home on Old River Road, which has played a key role in supporting men through recovery and reintegration. Building on the program’s proven success, the new site will offer expanded space with housing for up to eight residents, improved accessibility, and a culturally supportive environment designed to foster continued healing and personal growth.
The Judd Street location will provide a safe, structured, and recovery-focused living environment, with access to behavioral health services, peer mentorship, and life skills development. Transitional living is a crucial bridge between treatment and independent living supporting not only individual recovery, but also the health and strength of the entire community.
We look forward to keeping the community informed as this important project moves forward and continues to uplift our people through connection, culture, and healing.
For the next 30 days, we welcome any questions or comments about this project. Please contact the Behavioral Health Department at SiletzBehavioralHealth@ctsi.nsn.us.
