Tribal Council has approved a one-time 2026 Basic Living Assistance Program Payment of $300 for eligible enrolled tribal members. This non-taxable General Welfare distribution will be issued on November 2, 2026, to eligible tribal members who are enrolled as of October 1, 2026.
Tribal members age 18 and older who wish to receive their payment by direct deposit must submit a completed direct deposit form to the CTSI Accounting Department no later than October 23, 2026.
Parents or legal guardians of those under the age of 18, can choose to request those funds by October 19, 2026. See “For Minors” below for more information and to make a request.
If you are an elder with direct deposit already, you do not have to do anything to receive this distribution by direct deposit.
Submitting your Direct Deposit Form
There are several ways to submit your Direct Deposit Form.
Complete Online
You can fill out the online form here and submit it along with a photo of your void check. This form will go directly to the accounting department.
Download, Print & Send
You can also download the PDF of the form, print it, fill it out, and then send it to the Tribe in any of the following ways:
Fax
Fax it with a copy of your void check to the accounting department at 541-444-8249
Email it with a photo of your void check attatched to AP@ctsi.nsn.us
For Minors
Parents or legal guardians of those under the age of 18, can choose to request those funds by the deadline. If no request is made, the funds will automatically be deposited into the minor’s trust account. The fillable form linked on the website will go directly to the enrollment department. You can also download the PDF below and email it to enrollmentdepartment@ctsi.nsn.us. If you are not in the Tribe’s vendor system, you will be required to inlcude a W-9 form with your application. The deadline to apply for the minors distribution is October 19, 2026.
Please remember that the mail can be unpredictable and slow at times, this can affect the delivery arriving before the deadline.
Members who do not submit a direct deposit form by the deadline will receive their payment by paper check through the mail. Paper checks will be mailed on November 2, 2026. To ensure timely receipt of your payment, please make sure your current mailing address is on file with enrollment and that any recent address changes have been updated before the distribution date.
