Medications prescribed by SCHC providers or other providers can be filled at the pharmacy for Native American patients if it is on the pharmacy formulary. Non-Native patients may also fill prescriptions, but are restricted to a small formulary of medications for acute conditions. Pharmacists are available to speak with you in person or over the phone about any concerns or questions you may have about your prescriptions. Also, pharmacists are available for medication reconciliation and any other general drug information questions you may have.

Ways to Refill Your Prescription

Refill Line

The pharmacy operates a prescription refill line that can be reached by calling 1-800-648-0449 (option 8) or 541-444-9624. It is important to have a current phone number if pharmacy staff has questions. Please allow 2-3 working days for in-clinic pick up.

Step by Step Instructions

  • Call the Pharmacy Refill Line at 541-444-9624
  • Press 1 to Enter RX Number
  • Press 1 if Correct OR Press 9 to Re-Enter RX Number
  • Press 1 to enter another RX OR 2 to complete your order

Refill Pro App

Patients may also request refills using the free RefillPro app available on smart phones. This app can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play. To select our pharmacy enter 5414449625 as the pharmacy phone number and select continue.

Step by Step Instructions

  • To begin, download the Refill Pro Application from your app store onto your phone. The first time you open it, it will request the Pharmacy’s phone number: (541) 444-9625, then click on Continue. You are now connected to the Siletz Community Health Clinic’s pharmacy refill line.
  • From the home screen, click on the RX icon. You can type in your prescription number, or scan the bar code on your medicine vial. If you have additional prescriptions, you can click on the Add RX icon to request additional prescriptions. When done, select Continue.
  • Next will be an Order Confirmation page. Click on “Pickup” (you will pick prescriptions up from the pharmacy) or “Mail” – they will be mailed to the address we have on file. You can add additional comments or information, if needed. When complete, click on Complete Order. You should receive confirmation that your order was successfully received. You may now close the app.
  • If your refills have expired, it will ask you if you want the pharmacy to contact your provider to renew your prescription: Click on the Request Authorization icon and follow the prompts.
  • If you would like to receive a text notifying you when your prescription(s) are ready for pickup, please contact the pharmacy staff at (541) 444-9625. You only need to do this once. However, please contact the pharmacy staff if you change your cell phone number so they can update their records.

Mail Order

The pharmacy provides mail order services for Siletz Tribal members living within the United States. Please note, the pharmacy cannot control the US Postal Service regarding delivery of your prescriptions, so plan accordingly, and allow 5-7 working days for delivery. Contact the pharmacy if you have not received your prescription within 7 working days.
