We are looking for Siletz Tribal members who are interested in taking day trips to support traditional stewardship by doing environmental monitoring in our homelands.
Trips will occur between March & April (exact dates will be contingent on the weather and tides).
The Work
- Surveying intertidal species at 5 different locations along the Oregon coast
- Surveys will take place during minus tides
- Expect 4+ hours per trip
- Stipend for travel
