The Siletz Tribal Housing Department (STHD) began accepting applications for the Workforce Housing Rental Program Monday, February 8, 2021. The intent of this program is to provide affordable housing to tribal families that are full time employees of Chinook Winds Casino Resort (CWCR). These are two and three bedroom units located in Lincoln City OR. Six rental units will be available for households whose income is below 80% of the national median. Four rental units will be available to households whose income is 80% and above the national median. Applications can be obtained below (WFH Application), by mail, or by e-mailing IsaacD@ctsi.nsn.us

WHR NAHASDA Units

The intent of this program is to provide workforce rental housing to low-moderate income Tribal families that are full time employees of Chinook Winds Casino Resort (CWCR). Six rental units will be available to households whose income is below 80% of the national median. Rents shall be 30% of a family’s monthly adjusted income.

WHR Non-NAHASDA Units

The intent of this program is to provide rental housing to non-low income households that are full time employees of Chinook Winds Casino Resort (CWCR).  Four units will be available to households whose income is 80% and above the national median. Rents will be Fair Market Rent amounts and may change on an annual basis.
