The Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians (CTSI) is a sovereign Tribal government located in Siletz, Oregon. CTSI is governed by procurement policies as outlined in the Operations Manual. There are times when Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) will be issued. When they are, they will be available here and on Oregon Buys.
All RFP’s will contain some common requirements. These include:

In general, CTSI shall give preference to Indian organizations and Indian-owned economic enterprises.
While CTSI intends to award a successful bidder for all RFP’s, CTSI is under no obligation to award a contract to any Submitter. Within CTSI’s sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, CTSI may cancel this RFP and may reject any proposal or other material submitted in response to this RFP.

RFP for CTSI EV fast charging network project
The Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians (CTSI) seeks proposals from qualified firms to
provide turnkey design-build services for a regional electric vehicle (EV) charging
network consisting of up to thirty-two (32) DC Fast Charging ports throughout Lincoln
County, Oregon.
The final configuration may consist of any combination of single-port and dual-port
Level 3 charging stations capable of serving public, tribal government, fleet, transit, and
emergency response vehicles.

RFP for Bullpen Transportation Facility Repaving, Fencing, & Drainage Improvements Project
The Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians (CTSI) invites qualified contractors to submit
sealed proposals for repaving, grading, and drainage improvements at the Tribal
Transportation Facility (Bullpen Site) at815 Logsden Rd. Siletz Oregon 97380.
The project includes site preparation, grading, drainage system installation, base
preparation, security fencing, and paving of approximately 135,000 square feet of
transportation yard area, including heavy vehicle use zones.

RFP for Swan Ave., Road Frontage/Road Resurfacing Improvements and Stormwater Improvement Project
The Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians (CTSI) is soliciting proposals from qualified
contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, traffic
control, and related services necessary to complete road construction and roadway
frontage improvements and stormwater infrastructure improvements along Swan
Avenue and associated CTSI facilities in Siletz, Oregon.
The intent of this project is to improve roadway safety, pedestrian accessibility,
stormwater conveyance, drainage capacity, roadway durability, and overall site
resiliency while supporting future tribal development and transportation
improvements.
