New Men’s Transitional Living Home in Siletz

The Siletz Tribal Behavioral Health Program is proud to announce the construction of a new Men’s Transitional Living Home on Tribal land near the junction of Judd Street and Old River Road. Construction is scheduled to begin in August 2025, with completion anticipated by late fall 2026.

  • Siletz Tribal Members

Substance Use Treatment

Substance Use Treatment provides outpatient services to treat addiction in a culturally relevant way.

Prevention Program

The prevention program follows four healing principles to strengthen ourselves and communities.

CEDARR

The CEDARR Task Force addresses drug related issues in the community and meets monthly to establish and work on goals.

Mental Health Services

Mental Health Services are available in Siletz, Portland, Salem, and Eugene.

Transitional Living Centers

Sober living for those who have sucessfully completed treatment services.
