Student Laptop Stipend Program will provide a stipend payment of $1,000.00 to eligible students for the purchase of a laptop. Students are eligible to apply once every four (4) academic years. Applications are accepted in the spring once a year.
Funding is limited: stipends will be awarded on a first come, first served basis.
Eligibility
- Enrolled Siletz Tribal Member and enrolled full/part time college student
- Submit completed application (with required documentation) by the deadline
- Can not have received a laptop stipend within the last 4 academic years

Applications for the 2024 – 2025 school year are being accepted between June 1st, 2024 – June 30th, 2024.
Program Applications Closed
Thank you for your interest in the 2024-25 Student Laptop Stipend program. Due to such a positive response, we have reached our maximum number of applicants we are able to fund for this academic year. With that said, the program is now closed and we are no longer accepting applications.
The Student Laptop Stipend program will open for applications again Spring 2025. Please watch for our announcement in the Siletz News, your local Area Office newsletters and on our CTSI Facebook pages.

Application Requirements
The below documents must be submitted with your application by the June 30th deadline
- Completed Student Laptop Application
- Copy of Tribal ID/CIB
- Acceptance letter to college or university, or Vocational Program
- Acknowledgement Form
Additional Required Documentation
*Must be submitted by September 1, 2024
- Documentation of full, 3/4, or part time status. *Stipend issued once schedule is received
Failure to submit documentation of student status by Sept. 1, will result in loss of stipend.
