Services are available to Siletz tribal members and their families who are suffering from alcohol and/or drug abuse, and related problems. Other community members may be treated based on admission criteria and staff availability. Individualized services are provided based on the results from an ASAM assessment. Consultation or concerns are available by appointment.
The Siletz Tribal Substance Use Treatment Program is licensed by the State of Oregon, Department of Human Services, Mental Health and Addiction services to provide Outpatient Substance Use Treatment, including:

- Prevention Services
Philosophy
The primary philosophy of the Siletz Tribal Substance Use Treatment Program is that alcoholism, chemical dependency, and other addictions are progressive illnesses. When left untreated they can cause emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual problems for the person, family, and community. Substance use is treatable and staff is personally dedicated to providing culturally relevant treatment services.
