Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Wednesday
12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

The clinic is closed to the public 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM every Wednesday for administrative time to complete charting and/or follow ups, trainings (continuing education, mandatories, etc.), meetings, routine sterilization, medication filling and other tasks required to support quality patient and client care and services.
All calls before noon will be routed to an answering service.

Our Siletz Community Health Clinic services CTSI tribal, other Federally Recognized tribal, and community members.   CTSI and Federally Recognized tribal members may receive most SCHC services at no cost after insurance.  Non-Federally Recognized tribal and Non-tribal members are responsible for the cost of services not covered by insurance.
